My book is on hold because Facebook or Instagram access expired. What do I do?
Our system needs your permission to read your account until your book is printed. That permission gets revoked when you disconnect the account, and on Instagram most often when the account is switched back to a private or personal account after ordering. We then cannot fetch your photos, and only you can restore access.
Open your connections page, disconnect the source, then connect it again and approve the permissions with the same account you built the book with. For Instagram, set the account as Professional first and keep it that way until the book is printed.
Then reply to our email or contact us, and we will relaunch the printing of your book.
