I see a flashing heart and nothing happens
The flashing heart is our loading screen: it shows while the editor reads your account and builds your book. It normally disappears within a minute, or a few minutes for a very large account.
If the heart keeps flashing for longer than that, reload the page. Your book is not lost: it is saved in My Library of Saved Books and will open as you left it.
